Getting Back on Track After Vacations

Warm summer months mean amazing vacations and fun getaways with family and friends. Vacations are one of my favourite things (well actually I’m pretty sure they make the list for everyone’s favourite things) not only because you can get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but you also get to explore new places and make new memories with the people who mean the most to you! While I like to attempt to maintain my healthy lifestyle while travelling, I also allow myself some room for trying new foods and indulging in my favourites. After all, it is a vacation!
